One location is our Corporate Office in Blair-Nebraska, and the second location is at AMP Sales & Services, LLC in Bedford-Virginia. All sites have Paxton-Mitchell Snooper Trucks' Factory Trained experienced service technicians to keep your equipment and your job running.
AMP Sales & Services, LLC, an IPAF-approved training centre, is our Training facility for all Paxton-Mitchell Co., LLC’ SNOOPER® Trucks in compliance with the new ANSI/SAIA A92.24-2018 Training Requirements for Operators of MEWP category (2b).

OUR SERVICES
Annual Inspections
An annual inspection or yearly inspection consists of an operational, visual, and somewhat mechanic inspection of the Snooper Truck unit without having to disassemble it. This is done on an annual basis in addition to daily, weekly, monthly, three-month, and 6-month maintenance as outlined in the Snooper Owners Manuals.

2,000-hour / 4-year Disassembly and Inspection*
*The 2,000-hour inspection applies to all new units built beginning 2019. All previous Snoopers should be disassembled and inspected at the 1,000-hour or 4-year interval.
The 2,000-hour / 4-year disassembly and inspection involves disassembly of the Snooper Truck unit for a deeper more detailed inspection of all the major Snooper components. At this time all grade 8 structural bolts are replaced and torqued to proper specifications. All pins, bushings, wear pads, are measured for wear and replaced as needed. All hydraulic cylinders and lock valves are pressure tested for integrity and replaced or serviced as needed.

Complete Refurbishment
A complete refurbishment can only be performed during a disassembly and inspection and involves upgrading the Paxton-Mitchell Snooper Truck to conform to the latest ANSI standard.
