- The First Boom provides a minimum of 18-feet in length and articulates 52-degrees above horizontal to 21-degrees below horizontal.
- The Second Boom provides a minimum of 17-feet in length and articulates 105-degrees and allow the basket boom to reach under a 14-foot beam.

- The Snooper Series 230 has a 33’ underbridge reach, and a 6’ long 4th boom kickup allowing placement of workers behind girders. The reach of the Snooper Series 230 from the second turret to end of the basket is 34′ – 5/8″. A spacious 60″ long x 36″ wide x 42″ high basket and proportional hydraulic controls are standard features as well.

The event will be attended by highway equipment fleet managers, administrators, directors, engineers from the state, local, and federal governments, representatives from the highway maintenance and equipment industry, academic and research participants, and members from the AASHTO and the TRB.
The conference will feature technical presentations from experts and panel discussions on various fleet management issues by representatives of the highway equipment industry, state DOTs, the federal government, research, and academic communities. Break-out sessions and business meetings will be provided for the four EMTSP Regional Partnerships, and a forum to share equipment fleet management strategies and best practices will be provided.

Third Boom– The third boom hydraulically telescopes from 25′ to 41′ pin to pin.
The Paxton-Mitchell Snooper Truck Annual Inspection is an essential and required function.
An annual inspection or yearly inspection consists of an operational, visual and somewhat mechanic inspection of the Snooper Truck unit without having to disassemble it. This is done on an annual basis in addition to daily, weekly, monthly, three-month, and 6-month maintenance as outlined in the Snooper Owners Manuals.
Under ANSI Regulation A92.8-1993, inspections are performed using a checklist created by the manufacturer. These records must be retained. Bolts must be torqued to specification. Pins, bushings, hydraulic lines and electrical circuits must be checked. The booms are looked over and checked for cracks in the welds. The Paxton-Mitchell Snooper Truck Annual Inspection must be performed by a qualified technician authorized by Paxton-Mitchell Co., LLC.
